  • I have a question about what benefits are being offered by my employer. Who can I go to for benefits questions?

    Please contact your HR Manager with questions related to your employer’s benefit offerings. Your HR Manager can answer most questions related to benefits and will contact your employer’s broker when necessary.

  • If I add my demographic information to this system am I enrolling in benefits?

    No. This online tool is used to collect the information needed to create a benefits proposal for your employer. Entering your demographic information does not enroll you in benefits. Once your employer has selected benefits you will make your benefits selections during Open Enrollment.

  • There are several types of coverage listed on the COVERAGE page, such as medical, dental, vision, life and disability. Are all of these types of coverage being offered by my employer?

    This tool is being used to help collect your demographic data to create a benefits proposal for your employer to review and select benefits to offer employees. Please contact your HR Manager with questions relating to your employer’s benefit offerings. Your employer may not be offering all types of coverage at this time.

  • If I am only electing coverage for myself, do I need to put in the information for my entire family?

    No. If you are only electing coverage for yourself, you do not need to add the information for other members of your family.

  • I am only taking medical coverage for myself, but I am interested in obtaining dental and/or vision coverage for my entire family. Do I need to put in my dependent information in the “FAMILY” screen at this time?

    Yes. Please provide demographic information for all members of your family. As a reminder, you are not selecting coverage or enrolling in benefits at this time. By entering your family’s information your employer’s broker will be able to provide a more accurate benefits proposal.

  • Is my information secure?

    Yes. Please reference the BenefitMall Security Overview.

  • What is the difference between “Waived” and “Declined” on the Coverage Selection screen?
    • “Waived (Coverage Elsewhere)” should be selected if you will not be taking coverage through your employer because you are covered by another plan.
    • “Declined (Not Electing)” should be selected if you are refusing coverage and do not have any other coverage.
  • I need to change the e-mail address this information is sent to. How do I make this change?

    Please contact your HR Manager for assistance. They have the ability to send you a new invitation to your preferred e-mail address.
